In Which I Randomly Write About Tea, Snakes, Books, And Other Random Things

Or, maybe I'll talk write about why I like tea. Probably going to do both.

I love tea! Even though I manage to forget I have it while it's brewing, until, of course, two or three hours later. I like it strong. And cold.

One time, I had a tea drinking contest with Christian throughout the entire day. He quit after six cups, I stopped after ten. I wanted to make sure I beat him.

Out of The Silent Planet (C.S. Lewis) is a great story! It almost reminds me of Gulliver's Travels.

I over-slept this morning. 

Lydia has a baby come from 6am to 5:30pm on Tuesdays. Baby was rather 'joyful' this morning. 

A snake found me in the nesting-box area of the chicken coop on Sunday night. I didn't scream like a little girl. They are a whole lot scarier when they are at eye-level. Lydia freaked out screamed like a little girl, though she states that it was a perfectly toned scream when Christian swung the (dead) snake in her direction, a distance of 15 feet or more.

Meatloaf for dinner, yay!

Wow....

I haven't posted very many pictures in a while.

I'll remedy that.

    Aaaah those shooting water pics are awesome! Did you take them?? Also your sister is gorgeous!! I LOVE her long hair!! Oooh goody I love games!! Maybe something to do with guessing and whatever theme you like :)

Bang goes that theory. -_- Night before last, the heater ran all night, and I had the brilliant idea to accidentally sleep a large portion of the night with my mouth open. Fast-forward to 7:30 yesterday morning. I woke up with a sore throat. Determined to not let it get me down, I continued to function like normal, despite the fact that all I really wanted to do was ignore my alarm clock and pull the blankets back over my head. I marched downstairs and promptly brewed myself a mug-full of tea. Most the the day, I was able to act like nothing was out of the ordinary- I was even able to finish my science for the rest of the year!
