Jubilee asked these:
1. Are you tall or short?
I'm about average, I have a tall dad, and a regular mom. About 5' 6.5" ish.
2. Girly girl or tomboy?
A mix of both, but I lean more towards tomboy. If given the choice of either go to prom, or go fishing, hand me a pole! But if given the choice to go to a sleepover or camping, I'd probably take the sleepover.
3. Do you play any sports?
I used to play basketball, but I wasn't that great. Sometimes I hit a tennis ball back and forth with Lydia and Christian at the school tennis courts.
4. Who is your favorite superhero?
I've not really ever watched superhero movies, so I don't exactly know. Yes, I need to work on that one, so don't freak out.
5. What is your go to hairstyle?
A plain and simple braid. My hair has a mind of it's own, and I prefer not to anger it.
6. Do you like to draw or paint?
I like to draw horses on occasion, and I have recently been drawing profiles for the story characters in my head. I don't do it often though.
I'll only trouble you with one feeble attempt this time. |
7. What is your favorite clothing store?
Thrift stores are pretty awesome, I don't really shop much....
8. Have you ever watched a TV series all the way?
Ok, there's this version of The Swiss Family Robinson that was made into a TV show the year I was born. I haven't actually seen it on TV, but we were given the series one Christmas a long time ago. My family is in the middle of re-watching it. It has John-boy Walton as the father. So, I guess that counts as "yes."
9. Are you right or left handed?
Right.
10. What color do you most wear?
Blue. Oftentimes my whole family will spur-of-the-moment wear blue without consulting each other first.
11. Are you grossed out easily?
It really depends on the situation. If I even hear the sound of someone throwing up, I have to plug my ears and hold my breath. But, I've been able to watch a dog's leg get amputated, cats and dogs get spayed and neutered, and a snake get dissected.
12. Have you ever been to Iowa?
Nope.
13. Is it hot or cold where you live?
It has been unreasonably unseasonably cool and rainy. Where I live, it is almost always hot and humid.
14. What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
Bluebell cookies and cream. My family is very sad devastated with all the trouble Bluebell has been having.
15. Have you ever gone crazy for a book?
Like all bookworms, yes, absolutely, totally, uh-huh, yep, certainly, of course! You get the idea.
16. Do you have glasses or contacts?
Nope.
17. Have you ever broken a limb?
And nope.
Wow Jubilee! You had a lot!
Olivia asked these:
1. Top 5 tv shows?
Pioneer Woman Cooks (her cinnamon rolls are awesome), Fixer-upper, HGTV (Dad likes it), Shark Tank (some of those people though), The Willis Clan (newly arrived to TLC, very talented).
2. Are you crafty? If so, what areas of crafty-stuff do you like?
Ummm..... Not exactly. I like to draw and crochet or knit from time to time, but I prefer to read.
3. Favorite LotR character? (Muwhahahahaha…..)
So, it begins.
4. What's your favorite season?
Summer or fall. I know, odd for a Texan to choose summer.
5. Are you athletic?
As said before, I used to play basketball, but I wasn't that great. Sometimes I hit a tennis ball back and forth with Lydia and Christian at the school tennis courts. Running is fun too, but the neighborhood I live in is all hilly.
6. Do you play any instruments?
Once upon a time, a very long time ago, Lydia and I were blessed with piano lessons from our aunt. It is now present day, and Lydia has remained faithful in continuing to learn new songs with the valuable help of YouTube and your's truly. I can't play anymore, I've lost "the touch", but I seem to have a knack for remembering which notes come next when Lydia watches a tutorial. I would dearly love to play again. Sometimes, I bang away at the piano when nobody's home, but I can't make heads or tails of sheet music anymore.
7. What's your favorite flower?
The Bluebonnet.
8. How about favorite tree?

Believe me, I had to rack my brain to remember what I watch, my family doesn't really watch tv on a regular basis.

Yay for answers!:D
ReplyDeleteWow, watched cats and dogs get spayed and neutered...that takes some greatness of mind, I think;) I thiiiiink I'd be able to handle that, but oh my word, YES about the vomiting. I'm actually fairly certain that I have emetophobia (fear of vomiting), and it's bad. Like, I can't even...
That drawing. Is wonderful. Girl, you're talented:)
Hahahahaha, evil laugh. Aragorn and Samwise are great!:D
