Monthly Recap: September

Image
Well, we arrived home today, five in the morning, bright and early. We actually left yesterday, around 1:30 in the afternoon. We arrived in Seattle at about 9:30 at night, their time. It was good that we got there when we did, because all the restaurants close around 10 pm. We had somewhere between one and two hours before we got to board the plane for home. Most everyone tried to sleep at least a little bit on both of the flights, but I don't think Christian slept at all. When we got home, everyone pretty much unloaded their stuff and rolled into bed, everyone except me anyways. I've been wide awake ever since. Because of the time difference, we probably won't start to feel sleepy until one or two in the morning. We always watch a couple of movies the day we get back. Our cat missed us a bunch while we were gone; Nana sent a photo of him sitting next to her, and he is not a snuggly cat. Only one of the chicks remembers what to do when I hold up my hand with food in i

Kudos to whoever can guess where I got the inspiration for the title. (hint: it is an old disney movie) I'm finally getting around to all those tags! (Actually, I only remember these three, so if I forgot yours, please give me the link to your post in the comments so I can appease thy disgruntled attitude  get back on top of it.) Olivia : Liebster Tag Rules: 1. Link back to the person who tagged you. 2. Answer the eleven questions. 3. Tag 11 bloggers, and let them know you tagged them. 4. Probably Christian, because that was their default name for me if I turned out to be a boy since Lydia wasn't. 2. I have no

A Survey to Complete if You Want to

You have no idea how long it took me to find my last survey so I would have something to model this survey after. Also, trying to figure out the HTML. And I call myself computer-smart. *rolls eyes* Anyways, if you don't mind: Loading...

Sorry about that

Erm.. So I know I've been tagged a few times, but I can't remember what tags and who tagged me. Sorry! So if any of you have tagged me over the last couple of weeks/months, please let me know and leave the link to your post in the comments. I'll do my best to get that masterpost out soon. I'm currently out of town and was up for a grand total of nineteen hours yesterday (between getting up at four in the morning, and several timezone hops). I'm in a lovely condo living room finishing up a couple school-related things (I had a deadline today, and because of the time difference I only had until seven instead of midnight) then I'll go meet up with Mom and Aunt Cendei at the cabana. Everyone else is joining us late tomorrow night. My backpack weighed just short of a ton (it had my laptop which is old- thus heavy, my Art Appreciation textbook which is 6-7 pounds, my camera, and more, but those were the heaviest things). Mom and I shared a suitcase, and I had p
